Welcome to Rich Shib. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Rich Shib, Rich Ecosystem, and any related products, websites, Telegram Mini Apps, web apps, progressive web apps, games, features, rewards, virtual items, leaderboards, marketplace features, payment features, promotional campaigns, and services that we provide or make available from time to time.
By accessing, opening, connecting to, registering for, purchasing through, or using Rich Shib or Rich Ecosystem in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Rich Shib or Rich Ecosystem.
For these Terms, "Rich Shib", "Rich Ecosystem", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Rich Ecosystem and any affiliated, successor, related, or operating entities involved in providing the service. "User", "you", and "your" refer to any person who accesses or uses Rich Shib or Rich Ecosystem.
You may use Rich Shib only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws that apply to you. You must be at least 18 years old and must also be the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher than 18.
You must not access or use Rich Shib if you are under 18 years old, if you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or if you are otherwise legally restricted from using games, paid digital features, chance based features, virtual items, token related features, digital assets, promotional campaigns, or similar services.
You must not use Rich Shib if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, a citizen of, or otherwise subject to the laws of any jurisdiction where access to Rich Shib, digital assets, virtual items, games, rewards, promotional campaigns, paid chance based features, or related services is prohibited, restricted, or requires licensing that we do not hold.
We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Rich Shib at any time if we believe, in our sole discretion, that your use may violate these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, sanctions rules, payment rules, anti fraud rules, age restrictions, or our operational or compliance requirements.
Rich Shib is a digital entertainment, gaming, rewards, and ecosystem engagement platform. Rich Shib may include virtual points, virtual rewards, skins, collectibles, boosts, memberships, badges, rankings, entries, spins, diamonds, energy, yRICH, or other digital features.
Rich Shib is provided for entertainment and community engagement purposes only. Unless expressly stated in a separate legally binding agreement signed by us, Rich Shib and Rich Ecosystem are not a bank, broker, investment adviser, exchange, payment institution, custodian, fiduciary, financial adviser, gambling operator, lottery operator, or regulated financial service provider.
No content, feature, reward, message, projection, leaderboard, campaign, announcement, or communication in Rich Shib or Rich Ecosystem is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, trading, or professional advice.
You may need to access Rich Shib through Telegram, a wallet, a web account, a device identifier, a social account, or another supported platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your accounts, devices, wallets, private keys, passwords, recovery phrases, Telegram account, and any credentials used to access Rich Shib.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or through your connected wallet or device, whether or not you authorized that activity. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, unauthorized access, theft, compromise, wallet loss, device loss, phishing attack, malware, social engineering, or mistaken transaction affecting your account or assets.
You must provide accurate information when required and keep it updated. We may require verification, fraud checks, sanctions checks, payment checks, age checks, or additional information before allowing access to certain features, rewards, purchases, withdrawals, transfers, campaigns, or benefits.
Rich Shib may depend on third party platforms, including Telegram, Apple, Google, web browsers, payment processors, blockchain networks, wallet providers, advertising networks, hosting providers, analytics providers, exchanges, launch platforms, social platforms, and infrastructure providers.
We do not control third party platforms and are not liable for their acts, omissions, downtime, delays, fees, restrictions, bugs, policy changes, account bans, payment failures, app review decisions, blocked access, data loss, security incidents, or service interruptions.
Your use of third party platforms is also subject to their own terms, policies, fees, restrictions, and privacy practices. If a third party platform restricts, suspends, removes, blocks, or changes access to Rich Shib or any related feature, we are not responsible for resulting loss, inconvenience, missed rewards, lost opportunities, or reduced functionality.
Rich Shib may include virtual currency, virtual points, in game balances, rewards, skins, collectibles, boosts, memberships, badges, rankings, entries, spins, diamonds, energy, yRICH, or other digital features. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, these items are limited, revocable, non exclusive, non transferable licenses to use digital features inside Rich Shib.
Virtual items and in game benefits do not represent money, deposits, securities, commodities, stored value, electronic money, financial instruments, ownership rights, equity, debt, claims against us, or rights to receive future profits. They have no guaranteed real world value and may not be redeemable for cash, crypto, tokens, goods, services, or anything else unless we expressly allow it at the relevant time.
We may create, change, rebalance, limit, suspend, remove, expire, revoke, reprice, rename, redesign, or discontinue any virtual item, reward, points system, membership, boost, collectible, leaderboard, event, campaign, or in game mechanic at any time, with or without notice, including to fix bugs, prevent abuse, improve gameplay, comply with law, address economic imbalance, respond to platform requirements, or protect the ecosystem.
You do not own any virtual item or in game benefit. You receive only a limited permission to use it inside Rich Shib while the relevant feature remains available and while your account remains in good standing.
Rich Shib may include chance based, randomized, probability based, or outcome based features, including Lucky Draw, Fortune Wheel, Slot Machine, paid spins, free spins, prize draws, randomized boxes, randomized rewards, limited events, and similar mechanics.
By using any chance based feature, you understand and agree that outcomes are uncertain and may be less valuable than the amount you paid, spent, used, or consumed to participate. You may receive no valuable reward, a lower value reward, a duplicated reward, a virtual item with no market value, or an outcome that you consider undesirable.
Participation in chance based features does not guarantee profit, return, prize value, token value, collectible value, resale value, rarity, eligibility, airdrop allocation, or future benefit. Past outcomes do not predict future outcomes.
Displayed probabilities, prize pools, reward examples, estimated values, rarity labels, and promotional descriptions may be simplified, rounded, estimated, dynamic, temporary, or subject to change. We may change prize pools, probabilities, pricing, eligibility, limits, multipliers, reward formulas, availability, and mechanics at any time, with or without notice.
Chance based features are provided as digital entertainment features and are not intended to constitute gambling, betting, wagering, lottery, casino gaming, financial trading, investment activity, or regulated gaming activity. You must not use these features if they are restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction.
We may refuse, reverse, recalculate, revoke, or withhold outcomes, rewards, prizes, or benefits if we believe that a feature was affected by error, abuse, automation, bot activity, fraud, suspicious activity, payment issues, technical malfunction, pricing error, probability error, display error, or violation of these Terms.
Rich Shib and Rich Ecosystem may refer to yRICH, $RICH, token plans, airdrops, staking, listings, launchpools, launch events, rewards, ecosystem benefits, or other token related concepts. These references are provided for product, community, marketing, testing, or ecosystem communication purposes only and do not create any legal obligation unless set out in a separate binding document issued by us.
Any airdrop, token allocation, claim, eligibility rule, multiplier, snapshot, reward formula, vesting rule, listing plan, staking plan, yield plan, or token utility may be changed, delayed, suspended, cancelled, restricted, or made unavailable at any time, at our sole discretion, including due to legal, regulatory, technical, commercial, exchange, market maker, compliance, security, operational, or platform reasons.
No statement in Rich Shib or Rich Ecosystem guarantees that any token will be launched, listed, accepted by exchanges, supported by wallets, maintain value, increase in value, generate yield, remain tradable, remain liquid, or be available in your jurisdiction.
Any mention of yield, APY, rewards, staking, stablecoin distributions, treasury income, ecosystem revenue, or similar concepts is not a guarantee of income, profit, return, payment, or future performance. Actual results may be zero and may vary materially. You must not rely on any such information as investment advice or as a promise of future value.
You are solely responsible for determining whether you may lawfully receive, hold, use, transfer, sell, stake, claim, or otherwise interact with any token, reward, or digital asset in your jurisdiction.
Rich Shib may allow purchases through Telegram Stars, Apple, Google, Stripe, crypto payments, wallet payments, card payments, payment processors, or other supported methods. Prices, payment methods, packages, bonuses, fees, taxes, and availability may change at any time.
All purchases are final, non refundable, and non cancellable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We may refuse refunds for used, consumed, delivered, credited, discounted, promotional, mistaken, duplicated, or abused purchases unless a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by us in writing.
You are responsible for all taxes, network fees, exchange fees, payment fees, chargeback fees, platform fees, bank fees, currency conversion costs, and other costs related to your purchase or transaction.
If a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, charged back, flagged, cancelled, or suspected to be fraudulent, we may suspend your account, remove purchased items, deduct balances, reverse rewards, restrict withdrawals, block future purchases, or take any other action we consider appropriate.
We are not responsible for failed, delayed, duplicated, incorrect, incomplete, blocked, or misdirected payments caused by third party providers, blockchain networks, wallets, exchanges, banks, app stores, payment processors, user error, network congestion, or technical issues outside our control.
Rich Shib may offer events, leaderboards, competitions, challenges, campaigns, referral programs, prizes, skins, plaques, badges, spins, token rewards, or other promotions. Each promotion may be subject to separate rules, eligibility requirements, limits, deadlines, verification checks, and disqualification rules.
We may modify, extend, shorten, pause, cancel, reverse, or disqualify any promotion, leaderboard, reward, or campaign at any time if we believe it is necessary or appropriate, including due to bugs, cheating, suspicious activity, bot activity, abuse, fraud, payment issues, technical issues, regulatory concerns, platform restrictions, or operational errors.
Leaderboard positions, scores, balances, multipliers, rewards, and eligibility may be recalculated, corrected, delayed, revoked, or adjusted. Displayed values may be estimates, cached values, or temporary values and are not final until confirmed by us.
We may require identity, account, wallet, payment, age, or fraud verification before issuing any reward. Failure to complete verification may result in forfeiture.
Rich Shib may offer referral rewards. Referral rewards are discretionary and may be changed, limited, reversed, suspended, or terminated at any time. We may reject or remove referral rewards for fake accounts, self referrals, bot traffic, incentivized abuse, misleading promotion, spam, fraud, payment reversals, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms.
You must not promote Rich Shib using false, misleading, unlawful, aggressive, deceptive, spam based, or reputation damaging methods. You are responsible for your own marketing statements and must not claim guaranteed earnings, guaranteed airdrops, guaranteed token value, guaranteed listings, guaranteed returns, or official partnership status unless we have approved the statement in writing.
Rich Shib may include marketplace, profile, listing, transfer, collectible, or user to user features. We may add, modify, restrict, or remove these features at any time.
We do not guarantee the value, authenticity, availability, legality, liquidity, transferability, market price, rarity, desirability, or future utility of any item. Marketplace prices, availability, and demand may change or become zero.
You are solely responsible for your listings, purchases, sales, transfers, links, profile content, representations, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable law. We may remove listings, reverse actions, freeze items, suspend accounts, or restrict marketplace activity if we believe there is abuse, fraud, error, legal risk, or violation of these Terms.
You may be able to submit or display usernames, avatars, profile photos, links, text, messages, content, images, wallet addresses, social links, listings, or other materials. You are solely responsible for your User Content.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any law, infringe any rights, contain malware, include harmful or deceptive links, impersonate others, disclose private information, promote illegal activity, or contain offensive, abusive, hateful, sexual, exploitative, misleading, or harmful material.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty free license to host, store, copy, use, display, publish, modify, adapt, distribute, promote, and otherwise process that content for operating, improving, moderating, marketing, and protecting Rich Shib and related services.
We may remove, restrict, edit, hide, or refuse User Content at any time, with or without notice.
You must not, directly or indirectly:
We may investigate suspected violations. We may suspend, restrict, shadow restrict, terminate, reset, or delete accounts. We may remove balances, revoke rewards, cancel entries, reverse transactions inside Rich Shib, freeze features, block payments, block withdrawals, remove leaderboard scores, or permanently ban users.
We may take action based on our own systems, third party reports, platform reports, manual review, automated detection, payment data, blockchain data, device data, behavioral data, or other information available to us.
We are not required to provide prior notice, evidence, appeal rights, compensation, or detailed explanation for enforcement actions, except where required by applicable law.
Rich Shib, Rich Ecosystem, and their software, code, designs, graphics, characters, names, logos, mechanics, interfaces, text, content, databases, animations, sounds, videos, rewards systems, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
You receive only a limited, revocable, non exclusive, non transferable permission to access and use Rich Shib for personal, lawful, entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, extract, scrape, reproduce, clone, imitate, or create derivative works from Rich Shib or any part of it, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
Rich Shib may contain references to third party platforms, brands, chains, wallets, exchanges, payment providers, games, communities, events, cultural themes, or other materials. Unless expressly stated, those references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, approval, or affiliation.
All third party names, marks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. We may remove or modify any reference at any time.
Rich Shib may display advertisements, rewarded ads, sponsored content, promotional tasks, offerwalls, partner campaigns, or third party links. We do not control and are not responsible for third party advertisements, offers, products, services, claims, availability, rewards, tracking, fraud controls, privacy practices, or payment decisions.
Completion of a third party advertisement, task, or offer does not guarantee that a reward will be granted. Rewards may depend on third party confirmation, fraud checks, technical tracking, availability, region, device, eligibility, and other conditions.
Blockchain networks, wallets, smart contracts, bridges, decentralized applications, exchanges, and digital assets involve significant risks, including loss of funds, volatility, failed transactions, irreversible transfers, network congestion, smart contract bugs, private key loss, wallet compromise, phishing, regulatory changes, and market failure.
We are not liable for blockchain transactions, wallet actions, private key management, gas fees, network fees, failed swaps, exchange issues, bridge issues, mistaken addresses, irreversible transfers, third party smart contracts, wallet security, or digital asset price changes.
Rich Shib may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, limited, inaccurate, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uptime, compatibility, performance, speed, data accuracy, reward accuracy, account continuity, device support, app store availability, browser support, Telegram availability, or access from any jurisdiction.
We may update, patch, rebalance, migrate, redesign, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of Rich Shib at any time, with or without notice. We may also reset, correct, or modify data, balances, rewards, scores, prices, items, claims, or records if we believe they are inaccurate, affected by abuse, or affected by a technical or operational issue.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time. By using Rich Shib, you consent to our collection, use, storage, processing, transfer, and disclosure of data as described in the Privacy Policy and as necessary to operate, secure, improve, analyze, market, and protect Rich Shib.
We may process device data, account data, Telegram data, wallet data, transaction data, payment data, gameplay data, referral data, advertising data, fraud signals, analytics data, age related verification data, and other information related to your use of Rich Shib.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, levies, reporting obligations, or other governmental charges that may apply to your purchases, rewards, digital assets, transactions, sales, transfers, claims, or use of Rich Shib.
We do not provide tax advice and are not responsible for your tax obligations.
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, anti money laundering rules, counter terrorist financing rules, consumer protection rules, payment rules, advertising rules, gaming rules, gambling rules, lottery rules, prize promotion rules, digital asset rules, and securities rules that apply to you.
You must not use Rich Shib if you are subject to sanctions, located in a sanctioned territory, using Rich Shib on behalf of a sanctioned person, or otherwise prohibited from using the service under applicable law.
We may block access, restrict features, require verification, reject transactions, withhold rewards, or terminate accounts for legal, regulatory, compliance, risk, or sanctions reasons.
Rich Shib is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, conditions, and guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that Rich Shib will be uninterrupted, secure, error free, accurate, complete, compatible, profitable, available, compliant in your jurisdiction, free of harmful components, or suitable for your expectations or purposes.
You use Rich Shib entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we, our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, service providers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, digital assets, virtual items, rewards, opportunities, expected gains, expected airdrops, expected listings, expected token value, expected yield, account access, or reputation, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to Rich Shib or Rich Ecosystem will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you actually paid directly to us through Rich Shib during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, excluding taxes, payment fees, network fees, app store fees, and third party fees; or (b) AED 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, fines, penalties, and fees, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release us from all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and disputes arising out of or related to other users, third party platforms, advertisements, payment providers, wallets, blockchain networks, exchanges, app stores, Telegram, Google, Apple, internet service providers, hosting providers, or any event outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for any delay, failure, loss, or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network failures, hosting failures, cyberattacks, app store actions, Telegram outages, wallet outages, blockchain failures, exchange failures, payment processor failures, regulatory actions, legal changes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, labor disputes, power failures, internet failures, sanctions, market disruption, or acts of government.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to Rich Shib or Rich Ecosystem are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, Rich Shib, or Rich Ecosystem.
Before bringing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any claim must be brought individually and not as a class, collective, representative, or consolidated action, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update, replace, or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will become effective when posted, unless a different effective date is stated.
Your continued access to or use of Rich Shib after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using Rich Shib.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer, subcontract, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time, including to an affiliate, successor, acquirer, purchaser, or operator of Rich Shib or Rich Ecosystem.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
These Terms, together with any policies, rules, or additional terms incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding Rich Shib and Rich Ecosystem and replace any prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the same subject.
