Welcome to Rich Shib. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rich Shib game (the "Game"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Use of the Game

You may use the Game for personal entertainment purposes only and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and our policies.

You must not:

Use the Game for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Attempt to interfere with the Game’s security or operations.
Access or use accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
Exploit any errors, bugs, or glitches to gain unfair advantage.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Game, you may need to register an account via Telegram or other supported platforms. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities under your account.

3. Virtual Goods and In-Game Currency

The Game may include virtual currency, tokens, or items. These have no real-world value and are non-transferable, except as explicitly authorized. We may modify, suspend, or terminate virtual items at our discretion.

Purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

4. User Content

By submitting any content (e.g., names, avatars) within the Game, you grant Rich Shib a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content for Game purposes. You represent that you own or have the right to share this content.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Game, including its content, graphics, and technology, are owned by Rich Shib or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time for violations of these Terms, unlawful activities, or at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rich Shib is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
